Rular Digital Solutions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Rular Digital Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services including but not limited to marketing, advertising, website development, consulting, and automation solutions.

2. Scope of Services

Rular Digital Solutions provides services including:

Paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google)

E-commerce store development (Shopify)

Funnel building & optimization

Email marketing & automation

Creative production (ad creatives, copywriting)

Consulting & strategy

All deliverables will be agreed upon prior to project initiation.

3. Payment Terms

All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven strategies and expertise, Rular Digital Solutions does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Revenue or profit levels

Ad performance (ROAS, CPA, etc.)

Sales volume

Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control (market conditions, product quality, competition, etc.).

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Approve or reject deliverables in a timely manner

Maintain product quality, fulfillment, and customer service

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies

Failure to do so may impact results, for which we are not responsible.

6. Advertising Accounts & Platform Policies

Clients retain ownership of their ad accounts (e.g., Meta Platforms, Google, TikTok).

We are not liable for account bans, restrictions, or disapprovals.

Any violation of platform policies by the client may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All creatives, funnels, and materials produced remain the property of Rular Digital Solutions until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables.

We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 7–14 days written notice (depending on agreement).

No refunds will be issued for work already completed or ongoing billing cycles.

Immediate termination may occur in case of policy violations, abuse, or non-payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rular Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or revenue

Business interruption

Platform-related issues (account bans, ad disapprovals)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding billing cycle.

11. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Rular Digital Solutions harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Products sold

Advertising claims

Business operations

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming.
